Ready to Catch The Largest Alaska Sport Fish?

These sharks are comparable to any Big Game Fish for speed and durability . You can expect to encounter an average fighting time of 45 minutes or more.

The about 75% of the time our caught fish are 6.5 ft to 8.0 ft and a weight from 275 lbs to 400 lbs. The largest we have landed was 8.5 ft at a weight of 454 lbs.

The largest to the boat was over 9 ft with an estimated weight over 500 lbs.

Average Weight: 300 to 400 lbs
Unrecorded Length: 12 to 14 feet
Estimated to be 1200 lbs, often mistaken for a Great White Shark
